You ever notice how things come around in circles? In on 11/23/05, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we aired this episode with listener and friend Mavis Jennings and Natalie Blalock, performers and staff for the Cirque du Soleil. Well, now it’s 11/23/2011 and guess what?
If anyone is curious about where Mavis and Natalie are now, not long after Wicked left the podosphere, Mavis and Natalie got married (in Vegas) and had a baby. Since then they’ve traveled all over the world as part of various Cirque productions. Mavis also provides vocals for the band 5 Minutes to Clowns. We’re just as thankful for them now as we were then. We hope you will be just as thankful for this classic Wicked episode as you enjoy the holiday with your kith, kin, kindred or coven.
